Are these dolls really handmade?
Yes. Every doll and teddy bear is made by hand by an independent artist or small studio. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations from the photos are normal; the product page lists the artist, size and materials.
What materials are used?
Polymer clay, high-quality fabrics, mohair, glass eyes, professional-grade paints. Specifics listed on each product page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 3–5 business days, then delivered by tracked standard international shipping in about 10–20 business days. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Japan and other destinations shown at checkout. Shipping is a flat rate of US$19.99 per order, shown at checkout before you pay.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective, damaged or incorrect items only. Contact likeart@like-art.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement, exchange (subject to availability) or refund. Statutory consumer rights are not affected. See our Refund policy.
How do I care for my art doll?
Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures. Dust gently. Display in a glass case for best preservation.
Can I commission a custom doll?
We occasionally offer custom commissions. Contact us with your vision. Custom orders typically take 4-8 weeks.
