This handmade original interior doll has a head sculpted from Jovi self-hardening clay and a linen body filled with quartz sand, so it is stable and sits well independently; seated size 22 cm. Clothing is sewn from natural fabrics: linen, flannel, and vintage velvet; hair is linen, shoes are leather, and buttons are ceramic. The painting uses mixed techniques of water-emulsion paints, watercolor, and pastel, finished with bitumen wax and acrylic varnish; the head is jointed on a spring mechanism and the flannel hat is removable. The doll is painted, tinted, and artificially aged, giving it a special sense of time and emphasizing the maker's style.
